The general plant layout, equipment installation are designed according to GMP construction. Under the detection of the Municipal Institute for drug controlling detection, Our company has 11 automatic capsule production lines that can produce the size from: 00# to 4# capsules, the annual production capacity can reach to 8 billion pieces.

Right now, We have three gelatin supplier: Gansu Amin bio Halal Gelatin Co.,Ltd, and Raybo Bio-Tech company with CEP and NSF certificates. And we also using the international brand such as: GELITA, ROUSSELOT for export high end products and market.
The quality condition of raw material will be influenced the finished products importantly, Our raw gelatin with following advantages:
1.Less impurities can make the EGC no spot and bubbles.
2.Gelatin with the bloom above then 220 bloom/grams. Can be satisfied the products with good shape and spring that cannot be easily transformed during the filling.
3.Brand with good certificates and management.
