Let's follow these steps on how to create contact group iphone.
Open the contact app on your iphone to adding the people.
Then click on + icon of the contact.
Then name your group such as meeting group, family group or office group etc.
Then add the details of your contacts such as email , phone number or name of the member.
After adding the members and group members click on the done to use that group.
